Hydraulic Repairs

We undertake the reconditioning of hydraulic jacks, piston rods, hard chrome plating of rods, manufacturing of glands, cylinders and fittings. We also manufacture complete jacks as per sample or requirements by using special raw materials and seals.

We have performed repair work for rig components such as lifting jacks and arm jacks, marine cover jacks, tightening tools and hydraulic systems.

Hoses, Fittings and Accessories

Our hydraulic services have grown from a one-depot company to one of the leading providers of flexible hose assemblies and expansion bellows. We have a wide product variety in conjunction with personalised and quality service. Operating from an inventory of 4000 line items with the capacity of a modern hose assembly workshop with professional, qualified and highly skilled personnel, and with fabrication and pressure testing facilities, we can produce hose assemblies for hydraulic, industrial, marine and oilfield applications.

We have a vast stock of hoses for various industrial applications:

• Low pressure hoses (suction / delivery line).
• Medium pressure hoses (1 wire / 2 wire braided).
• Very high pressure hoses (4 wire and 6 wire).
• Special purpose hoses like Teflon with stainless steel braid.
• Complete stainless steel hoses with mild steel or stainless steel fittings for high temperature applications.
